Schaffner Manufacturing makes a wide variety of custom buffing wheels designed for almost every buffing and polishing application in the metal finishing industry. We manufacture custom buff wheels for both mush and tangential buffing as well as specific buffs for cut, buff, and coloring operations. Sisal buffs for increase cut.
Cloth & Sisal to refine the finish of Sisal Buffing.
Sati-Buffs for cosmetic or Satin finishes.
Abrasive Segment Buffs for polishing operations.
Schaffner buffs can be impregnated with various treatments to aid in compound retention, increase buff life, reduce or eliminate the possibility of Fire, reduce softening due to heat and add stiffness to aid in the buffing wheels ability to cut.
Schaffner buff designs include Bias buffs, Segment buffs, Finger and Rope Sisal Finger Buffs.
All Buffs are available in Schaffner’s Patented pre balanced, pre compressed, unitized stacks cartridges or PREPAC buffs
