Bias Sisal Buffing Wheels
This rugged construction is particularly suited, for removing orange peel, polishing grit lines, light die marks and other surface imperfections. It offers a firm to stiff buff that is aggressive with little to no flexibility making it suitable to remove deeper imperfection on flat or lightly contoured surfaces the sisal is bias cut on a 45° angle before assembly on engineered hub, which provides adequate forced ventilation.

Cloth & Sisal Bias Type Buffing Wheels
A buff that is constructed of alternate layers of cloth and sisal, each two ply of cloth and sisal stitched into one ply, and each buff containing four such plies. Long wearing for extra production. This buff can be used as a cut buff for softer metals such as aluminum, zinc and brass or as a cut and color buff for steel. The GREEN EXTRA LIFEŽ buff will retain compound for longer periods resulting in longer life and greater economy for your production. Priced centerless. Add a 3", 5" or 7" metal insert with your choice of arbor hole for an additional $.50 per section. Inserts can be used up to 4 times. 1-49 section list. 50-99 sections list less 5%. 100 sections or more list less 5% less 10%

Best used with Schaffner K-30 Superior rouge producing a high luster on Steel, Stainless, Brass, Zinc and aluminum. Priced centerless. Add a 3", 5" or 7" metal insert with your choice of arbor hole for an additional $.50 per section. Inserts can be used up to 4 times. 1-49 section list. 50-99 sections list less 5%. 100 sections or more list less 5% less 10%.
